Zach Collins
My name is Zach Collins and I am the owner and founder of Tamatoa Inc. I began my real estate development career in Arizona in 2019, initially finding success in multifamily and retail properties. I was then introduced to Roatan in early 2021 and fell in love with the beautiful island. Roatan is a unique island because of its natural beauty, world renowned snorkeling and scuba diving, many hiking trails, and very generous culture. I quickly bought two lots at Camp Bay Beach, and immediately began to build a house on one of them. I continued to discover the amazing qualities of Roatan, specifically at Camp Bay Beach, which inspired and motivated me to get more involved. I purchased a 10 acre parcel to create more opportunities to build at Camp Bay and have already hit the ground running preparing this land for homes. I have found a passion in unique real estate deals that I can both enjoy for myself, such as an amazing house on a beautiful beach in the Caribbean, and that I can make a good return on. I enjoy working with others and I hope to be able to help you get involved in fun and profitable real estate.
Dane Astle
Dane is the owner of EDIFICE Architecture in the Phoenix-metro area. EDIFICE focuses on high design custom developments working closely with property owners to make their land more valuable, while also preparing the land entitlements and documents for construction.
Scott Miller
Scott Miller is a U.S. certified builder who is currently building multifamily homes and large apartment complexes in Arizona state. Scott has his structural engineering degree and has over 25 years of building experience in the U.S. including residential and commercial, building from the ground up. His goal is to build structurally sound, American standard homes and resorts. He wants people to be able to feel confident and safe living their dream on an island.
Andy Peterson
Andy Peterson, Project Manager, specializes in the dirt-work, infrastructure & framing/siding/roofing of the home. Andy comes from the U.S. with a prestigious contracting background. He and his family are now residing here on the island.
Joe Haller
Joe Haller, Project Manager, specializes in “bringing the project home”. His attention to detail is a huge asset to this team. He brings his custom home background with him to Roatán. He also now resides here on the island.
