The third goal is to execute on a cash flowing project that can also be used as a personal vacation home.

An example of a partnership would be:

• Tamatoa Inc provides a premium lot at a large discount (up to 50%) and the plans needed to build a house above one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We will provide all the skills, knowledge and connections to build this house at cost, creating a huge opportunity to add hundreds of thousands of dollars in value once the house is built. (ex: we just built a house that cost about $600,000 to build and is now worth $1,300,000 since being completed.)

• The partner(s) would provide funds to cover the discounted land fee and the construction at cost. The partner(s) will also be involved in decision making as questions arise during the land development and construction phases.
